Scalloped Pineapple
3/4 C Butter (softened)
2 C Sugar
3 Eggs (Beaten)
4 C Bread Crumbs (about 8 slices of bread)
2 Tbs Milk
1 20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
- Cream Sugar and Butter until fluffy
- Add beaten Eggs
- Sprinkle Milk over Breadcrumbs
- Fold in Breadcrumbs and Pineapple
- Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Edges should be brown and center a light golden brown.
